stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

owh..saya sgt stress sejak 2 menjak ni.. pagi2 dtg ofis dah ada benda yg buat diri ni stress smp takde mood.. tension smp ke petang.. n kdg rase diri ini perlukn ubat anti stress..serious.. xbleh dgr je pasal 1 benda ni mesti automatic terus rasa stress.. myb sbb benda ni dah lama, smp diri pun dah xbleh nak terima dah.. end up diri sendiri yg susah..

tadi search cara2 nak relieve stress:

1) breath
- owh, ni bkn tarik nafas dah ni. smp dah tahap mengeluh je.. nasib kat cubical
ni org takde sgt.. kalo x mesti pelik apasal la bdk ni asik mengeluh je mcm
hutang byk sgt je (^_~)

2) communicate
- dah try communicate tp stress tu mcm xnak kuar abis.. myb sbb xlepas abis kot.
still simpan sikit utk diri sendiri. inilah mslh besar saya, susah nak meluahkn!

3) laugh
- klu takde benda lawak xkan tiba2 nak gelak plak kan?? kdg baca mjlh ujang tu
pun xbleh nak gelak.. critical dah ke?

4) get fit
- ni benda plg malas nak buat - exercise! tp klu marathon window shopping takpe :p

5) be organize
- apekah yg nak diorganizekan?

6) sooth the sense
- owh, ni ala2 romantik pasang lilin sume tu. rase bleh jalan kejap tp nak kena
beli candle la plak. tgk nanti camne coz perfume die dah de kat umah. tggl
candle holder n the candle itself.

7) be aware of ur choice; u always have a choice

8) learn to say no
- huwaa.. xlarat dah nak say NO!! big NO pls!

9) learn how to delegate
- serahkn apekah??

10) be thankful
- 'tersangat' la bersyukur

11) If you need to apologize to someone, and it will not make the situation worse,
find a way to do so

12) do nothing
- haa yg ni mmg saye selalu buat. mls nak pk tp mslhny otak saye ni dh takde
space lg. xbleh nak empty la plak.

13) listen to music
- kdg2 dgr jgak lagu tp bila dah lama dgr rase mcm memekak je la plak lagu2 ni
sume. abih camno??

adoi la.. nak buat apa ni? patutkah saye gi jumpa cauncelor?
konon je.. huhu
